The Buddha said we suffer because we cling and if we could let go, we would have peace. However, this is more easily said than done. How do we let go of those fixed ideas and habits of mind? How do we even recognize where we are stuck?

This day will offer the opportunity to see where you really hold on and how this practice can support the freedom of letting go with movement toward clarity, wisdom and compassion.

There will be dharma, sitting and walking meditation and conversation. The day is suitable for everyone.

Zoom access will also be available for out of town sangha, and others not able to attend in person.
