Happy New Year, dear ICD Sangha!
Attuned to the seasons of life–its unfolding and development–I find my heart full of gratitude for the opportunities and blessings through the Buddhadhamma. I appreciate your presence in my life for the last five years and the chance to serve on the Board of Directors, Teachers’ Circle, and the first ICD Guiding Council.
As I face new turns and twists in personal and family life, I have come to the realization that it is time to transition out of the Guiding Council. With deep bows and metta, I am resigning from the position of Teacher on the Guiding Council effective, January 30, 2022. And with a joyful heart I welcome Mary Stancavage who has so willingly accepted the invitation to join the GC.
Once again, thank you for the opportunity to work with you. I am grateful for the season of walking the Dhamma path together.

Greetings Dear Sangha,
I am deeply honored to take a seat on the Guiding Teachers’ Council at the Insight Community of the Desert and am humbled by the invitation. I have been teaching with you for years, both in person and online, and you have always welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home. Now I am delighted to take a more active role in the community and to be with you in new and different ways. As we move into a new iteration of Desert Insight, I look forward to the journey.
