Whatever help you wish to offer — your time, your skills, other — is so greatly appreciated. Almost all tasks at ICD are done by volunteers. The programs — including our Sunday Meditation, our classes and daylongs, and our potlucks — would not be possible without the help of volunteers.

Please join our sangha of volunteers. It’s a great way to become involved with ICOD and to meet like-minded people. If you are interested, please download and fill out the attached form and place it in the Dana baskets on Sunday or email it to the address below.
