Join us for 5 days of silence and meditation; a great way to start the New Year. This retreat is an opportunity to renew and deepen your practice of mindfulness and living fully. Open to everyone and appropriate for people interested in or currently teaching Mindfulness Based Interventions. Our program provides a strong container enhanced by beautiful environment, healthy food and supportive experienced teachers. Much of our time will be spent engaged in sitting and walking meditation with periods of mindful yoga based movement. The teachers will offer daily talks, lead discussions and offer group and individual meetings.
This retreat is designed to fulfill the 6-day / 5-night retreat prerequisite for a variety of Mindfulness teacher trainings, including MBSR and Mindful Self Compassion – MSC Teacher Training and may also be acceptable for other mindfulness training pathways.
