Join Mindful-Way and our highly experienced teachers for a Meditation, Mindfulness and Yoga Weekend Retreat at Joshua Tree Retreat Center. Sit in stillness, practice yoga as the Sun rises, walk the Labyrinth, swim in the pools, hike the trails, enjoy delicious vegetarian food, bang on a drum and watch the night sky during a weekend designed to be a gentle blend of meditation, yoga, awareness practice and fun. The emphasis of this retreat is mindful awareness of each and every activity regardless of your level of experience.  We offer optional introductory and refresher meditation sessions, making it a great retreat program for people of all levels from beginner to seasoned practitioner.
