In the busy-ness of daily life, how often do we get a chance to really slow down? How often are we able to give ourselves the gift of stillness and presence for an extended period of time?
Join ICD Guiding Teacher, Ian Challis for this daylong retreat where the focus of the day will be on practice: plain and simple. This longer format daylong will be similar to what you might experience on an extended residential retreat: alternating periods of walking, sitting and heart meditations. There will be brief practical instructions and tips offered, with opportunities for questions.
Doors open at 8:30 and practice begins at 9:00am. Please come early, enjoy some tea and relax into the day. Please bring a packed lunch. Space is limited so please register soon!
