Join us for a day of practice and exploration of refuge as it relates to our lives and our world. Is it possible to bring a sense of home and refuge wherever we may find ourselves?
We will spend the day exploring mindfulness practices designed to strengthen and support this internal sense of refuge. We will also look at how this strong internal confidence and safety can be shared and supported with others through the practices of community: lovingkindness, compassion and wise action.
