Meditation and Dharma Talk with Valerie Cusson Sila/Ethical Conduct IN-PERSON & ONLINE
The Ten Paramis are key qualities that cultivate wisdom, compassion, and liberation on the path of awakening. Drawn from Buddhist tradition, these virtues—Dana/Generosity; Sila/Ethical Conduct; Nekkhamma/Renunciation; Pañña/Wisdom; Viriya/Energy; Khanti/Patience; Sacca/Truthfulness; Adhitthana/Resolve; Metta/Lovingkindness; and Upekkha/Equanimity—offer a practical guide for living with greater integrity and clarity.
In this Sunday series, beginning September 7th, we will explore each parami, reflecting on how these qualities can be developed and practiced in our daily life. Through teachings and discussion, we will see how practicing the perfections can steadily transform how we relate to ourselves and the world.
The Sunday Meditation and Dharma Talk will be held from 10:30 a.m. until noon **In-Person at the Mizell Center** and simultaneously live *Online via Zoom*. Everyone is welcome.
There will be time for meditation, a dharma (teaching) talk by one of our regular or guest teachers, and time for your comments and questions.
