¡Presente! Mindfulness for Stress Management en Español con Rosamaría Segura y el SSPC

Rosamaría Segura en colaboración con la clínica de UCLA-Spanish Speaking Psychosocial Clinic (SSPC) ofrecen Meditación para el Manejo del Estrés.
La meditación “Mindfulness” aporta muchos beneficios de salud, por ejemplo, reduce el estrés, la depresión y ansiedad, y mejora nuestra capacidad de concentración.
Todos necesitamos espacios para nutrir el corazón y cuidar de nuestro bienestar. La meditación sirve para cuidar nuestro cuerpo y mente, puede crear estados de relajamiento en el cuerpo y calmar los pensamiento que surgen de la mente.

Mindfulness for Stress Management in Spanish

Rosamaría Segura in collaboration with the UCLA-Spanish Speaking Psychosocial Clinic (SSPC) offer Spanish language classes in Mindfulness for Stress Management.
Mindfulness meditation provides many health benefits, including reducing stress, depression, and anxiety, and improving our ability to concentrate.
We all need spaces to nourish the heart and care for our well-being. Meditation can help us develop techniques to relax the body and calm the thinking mind.

We meet Thursdays at 4 p.m. from October 19 through November 9, 2023 on Zoom:

Insight Meditation in the Desert

 

Insight Community of the Desert is a Buddhist Center in the Vipassana tradition serving Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. We welcome you to our weekly meditation group and programs.

Mindfulness and Insight meditation lead to an open, joyful heart through the release of stress and suffering.

We offer programs for beginning and experienced meditators, meditation classes, daylong retreats, and weekly sitting groups. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or you want to try meditation for the first time, please join us at one of our meetings or events.
