Caring for Ourselves, Caring for our World—A half-day retreat with Ian Challis

One of the most powerful ways that we can care for others is by caring for ourselves: Going within and strengthening our own roots of practice so that we can be of benefit to others.

This morning retreat will invite us to tune into what is truly important through sitting and walking practice, dharma reflections, and a chance to connect with friends along the path.

Reg Fee: $45 covers the cost of the day and support to ICD. Tickets are available at reduced rates of $20 and $10. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
