ICD’s FALL GRATITUDE POTLUCK

It’s time to come together to celebrate Gratitude and the Insight Community Sangha!

The program is quite simple: there will be a 15-minute sit, 15 minutes for a few words from our teachers, and an hour to enjoy food and company. The first 30 minutes of the celebration will have a Zoom option. You don’t need to RSVP and we encourage you to bring friends.

ICD will provide drinks, cups and plates, and we hope you will bring a treat to share with friends. We don’t have access to a kitchen, so please bring items that don’t need preparation. Also, please bring utensils if necessary to serve your dish.

But don’t feel that you need to bring something to celebrate! Come as you are, bring something or not, and please invite a friend!

Do I need to RSVP?

No, and feel free to bring a friend (or two).

 Which room at Mizell will we be using?

Luckily, we will be able to use the dining room, which we pass through to get to the smaller of our regular meeting rooms.  There will be, in other words, plenty of seats and space to mill about.

How much food should I expect?

Think snacks, not a full meal.  ICD will provide drinks and cups as well as small plates and napkins and we invite sangha members to bring something to share.

 If I want to bring something, what should I bring?

We will not have access to a kitchen, you should bring something that does not require assembly.  Handheld snacks are ideal!

Is there a signup sheet to bring treats?

No, we are trusting that serendipity will result in a delightful, though limited, array of options.
