Learn to Meditate Online – A Practice for Troubled Times with Cheryl Slean

Due to technical difficulties we were unable to hold session 4 of this series.  Please join us for this last session of this introduction to mindfulness class. Drop-ins are still welcome.

This class will offer teacher-led instruction and practice of simple but transformative mindfulness skills for calming anxiety, reducing stress and finding resilience and balance, even through the most challenging times. It will include live instruction and guided meditation for the first hour, and interactive Q&A for the last 30 minutes.

The class is being offered as pay-what-you-can, with no one turned away for lack of funds.

Class teacher Cheryl Slean has practiced Insight meditation intensively for 25 years and led classes and retreats since 2007. She teaches at meditation centers worldwide, as well as in many health & wellness, addiction recovery and business settings, including 4 years online teaching with Mindful Schools. She has a Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation from UCLA and is active in the climate justice movement.
