Meditation and Dharma Talk with Jokai Blackwell – ONLINE ONLY

This Sunday Meditation and Dharma Talk will be held live **Online via Zoom ONLY** from 4:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

There will be time for meditation, a dharma (teaching) talk by one of our regular or guest teachers, and time for your comments and questions.

Insight Meditation in the Desert

 

Insight Community of the Desert is a Buddhist Center in the Vipassana tradition serving Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. We welcome you to our weekly meditation group and programs.

Mindfulness and Insight meditation lead to an open, joyful heart through the release of stress and suffering.

We offer programs for beginning and experienced meditators, meditation classes, daylong retreats, and weekly sitting groups. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or you want to try meditation for the first time, please join us at one of our meetings or events.
