Note: Your ICD Board and Guiding Council are continuing to pay attention to our sangha’s health during the ongoing pandemic. Omicron is clearly hitting a sharp peak which is also expected to pass through very quickly. As we let the peak pass, ICD will suspend in-person meetings for the month of January. This means that the Sunday, January 9th and 23rd Meditation and Dharma Talks will be only on Zoom. We will reassess the situation in the first days of February and update you accordingly. Your flexibility and patience is appreciated.

There will be time for meditation, a dharma (teaching) talk by one of our regular or guest teachers, and time for your comments and questions.
