However\, this is more easily said than done. How do we let go of those fixed ideas and habits of mind? How do we even recognize where we are stuck? \nThis day will offer the opportunity to see where you really hold on and how this practice can support the freedom of letting go with movement toward clarity\, wisdom and compassion. \nThere will be dharma\, sitting and walking meditation and conversation.
