The practice of Mindfulness Meditation\, mindful Yoga\, mindful walking and mindful eating in a mostly silent daylong format\, with the support of community and experienced teachers\, allows us to cultivate our true and natural compassionate presence. She teaches Mindfulness at many major medical centers\, Universities\, schools\, non-profit organizations and corporations. She also trains professionals in mindfulness based interventions and participates in research on the benefits of mindfulness. \nCost: The registration fee for this event is $45. This fee is shared with the teacher\, however does not mean the costs of the event or the teachings are fully covered. A dana (voluntary donations) may be made at the event\, and we encourage you to offer as much support of generosity as you are able.
