DESCRIPTION:We hope this finds you safe and well and we’re very grateful for your presence and participation in our community. \nPlease join us this Sunday as we conclude our 8-week Dharma journey exploring the Noble Eightfold Path—the path that leads from suffering toward greater ease with life\, and ultimately to complete freedom\, Nibbāna. \nTogether we will explore the Buddha’s teachings on both the why and the how of practice: Wisdom and Intention; Wise Speech\, Wise Action\, and Wise Livelihood; Energy\, Mindfulness\, and Concentration. As these qualities are cultivated in lived practice\, they support one another\, gradually nourishing clarity\, integrity\, and freedom in the heart and mind. \nThis Sunday Meditation and Dharma Talk will be held from 10:30 a.m. until noon **In-Person at the Mizell Center** and simultaneously live *Online via Zoom*. Everyone is welcome. \nThere will be a meditation period\, a dharma (teaching) talk and time for your comments and questions. \nAbout the Teacher: Mary Stancavage \nDana \nCost: Donation basis. In this half day retreat\, we will stop\, breathe and rest in being right where we are. \nPlease join us as we practice together in community and take a few hours to experience the gift of quiet practice.
