We will use this day to examine and uncover the dynamics of privilege and oppression, intention, and impact. This will be an opportunity to investigate our racial conditioning in an open-hearted and caring, non-judgmental space. We can uncover how our position of privilege negatively impacts our lives and the lives of others who do not share that same privilege.
