An event every month that begins at 3:00 pm on day First of the month, repeating until November 3, 2019
On the First Sunday of every month we offer a Learning to Meditate class. If you are new to meditation or would like a teacher-led refresher, please join us at 3:00 pm for an hour of instruction and answers to your questions.
Donation: We suggest $20 for this class. Donations are shared between the center and the teacher. Whatever you can offer is appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
